Terms and Conditions Agreement for Pride+ App
Effective Date: January 25th, 2024
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pride+ App! These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Pride+ App ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Services Provided by Pride+ App
The Pride+ App, provided by Pranah Sandbox Private Limited, is the world's first social media platform exclusively for the LGBTQIA+ community. The services offered include Trings, Communities, Marketplace, Jobs, Chat and Meditation. There is a ‘Coming Soon’ section that details the services and features that are yet to come to the app and be available. Please note that the App facilitates user contact, and no transactions occur within the App.
3. User Eligibility
Users must be above the age of 13 years and a member of the LGBTQIA+ Community to create an account on the App.
4. Geographic Availability
The App is available worldwide, including in the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, India, and the United States. It is accessible on both the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (Apple).
5. Hosting and Jurisdiction
The App is hosted in India and the United States. Any disputes between the Company and users will be resolved through litigation in Indian jurisdiction.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in activities such as selling or transferring profiles, copyright infringement, or any other misuse of the platform.
7. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the App. The Company is not liable for any user-generated content. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Please follow the rules. Breaking the same will result in getting blocked or account deletion.
8. User-Submitted Reviews
Users may submit reviews of the App, and these reviews may be displayed on the platform. Users will not be compensated for the same.
9. Third-Party Links
Users are prohibited from including links to third-party apps or websites in their profiles or posts that are inappropriate or violate our privacy policy.
10. Advertisers
The App does not feature ads or advertisers on the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
The Company retains all rights to intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and the entire App.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the Company and users will be resolved through litigation in Indian jurisdiction.
13. Limited Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Privacy Policy
The App's privacy policy, available on the Company's website, governs the collection, storage, sharing, and protection of user data.
15. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these terms.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Indian government.

18. Notification of Changes
The Company will notify users of any changes or updates to the terms and conditions and privacy policies.
19. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i. the company does not provide any warranties, representations, or conditions regarding the app, and users are using the app at their own risk ii. The company will not be held liable for any type of damages, losses, or issue that may arise from the use of the app iii. The company cannot guarantee the app's performance, and users are responsible for their own use.
20. Linking Policy
a. Approved Organizations:
i. Government agencies ii. Search engines iii. News organizations iv. Online directory distributors
b. Linking Requirements:
i. Non-deceptive links ii. No false sponsorship, endorsement, or approval iii. Contextually relevant links
c. Other Link Requests:
i. Consideration for link requests from reputable sources ii. Compliance with linking requirements
d. Linking to Pride+ App:
i. Use of corporate name or URL ii. No use of Pride+ App's logo or artwork without a trademark license agreement.
21. Permissions
Camera
Pride+ uses the camera to capture photo that you can upload as your profile picture only. Your Privacy is your fundamental human right. You can change this setting in your device permissions.
Microphone
Pride+ uses the Microphone to capture audio for the video Trings that you can upload on Trings only. Your Privacy is your fundamental human right. You can change this setting in your device permissions.
Photo Library/Gallery
Pride+ uses the Photo Library/Gallery to select a photo that you can upload as your profile picture only. Your Privacy is your fundamental human right. You can change this setting in your device permissions.
By using the Pride+ App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This Agreement is effective as of January 25th, 2024.
